Reports & exports

Choose a report template, set dates and vehicles, generate results, export CSV or Excel.

The Reports area runs report templates configured for your organization. You pick a template, set parameters, generate a table, then export.

If Reports is missing from the sidebar or generation fails repeatedly, contact your organization administrator.

Open reports

  1. Sidebar → Reports.

The layout has a template panel on the left and a results workspace on the right.

Pick a template

  1. In the list, browse or search templates (search debounces as you type).
  2. Select a template to open its detail panel.

The detail view shows the template name and description when loaded.

Set parameters and generate

Templates support parameters your organization defined. Common controls include:

  • Start date and End date — Initial values respect the template’s allowed maximum range (the product picks a safe default window).
  • Vehicles — Multi-select when the template supports filtering by vehicle.

Use the Generate action in the detail panel to fetch data. While generation runs, the results area shows a loading state.

Read results

After a successful run, the right-hand pane shows a paginated table with columns defined by the template. If nothing appears:

  • Confirm you generated after selecting dates/vehicles.
  • Retry generation; if errors persist, contact your organization administrator.

Export

When a result set exists:

  • Export Excel — Downloads a spreadsheet file.
  • Export CSV — Downloads comma-separated values.

Exports use the template’s code in the file name when available.

Troubleshooting

  • No templates: Your organization may not have published templates yet—ask an administrator.
  • Parameter validation errors: Narrow the date range or adjust vehicle selection per on-screen hints.
  • Access errors: Your role may not include report generation—escalate.
