Fuel & alerts
Troubleshooting
Common issues for fuel events, fuel consumption, and fleet alerts.
Fuel Event
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| No vehicles found | Plate search; vehicles exist in the current group; try clearing search. |
| No fuel sensor / disabled dates | Pick a vehicle that has a fuel sensor installed and configured. |
| Empty results after Generate Fuel Events | Widen the time range; confirm telemetry exists for that vehicle in the period; retry. |
| Right panel says No conditions… | Select vehicle, valid range, then Generate Fuel Events (not only dates). |
| No Mark as Alert on a row | Row must be Theft type; you need create fuel alert permission. |
Fuel Consumption
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| Fuel calculation is not enabled for this vehicle | Administrator must enable at least one mode (distance, sensor, hour) for that vehicle. |
| No calculation buttons | Same as above—no enabled modes. |
| No conditions… on the right | Select vehicle, range, then run a mode button. |
| Unexpected empty result after submit | Retry range; if it persists, administrator should verify backend configuration and data for that vehicle. |
Alerts
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| Statistics error banner | Network or API; refresh; try again later. |
| Tab seems not to filter | Wait for alert status lookups to load; confirm statuses exist in your tenant. |
| Failed to load alert / Alert not found | Back and reopen; confirm alert id still valid. |
| Assign or resolve missing | Footer rules: assignee and note state; permissions assign_alert / manage_alert. |
| Redirected away from Alerts | view_alert on your role for current org/group. |
