Invited drivers
Invite drivers by email, track pending invitations, resend or revoke.
Pending driver invitations are listed separately from active driver accounts.
If this area is blocked or you cannot use Invite Driver, contact your organization administrator.
Open invited drivers
- Sidebar → Actors → Drivers.
- Select the Invited Drivers tab.
The table is titled Invited Drivers List and includes a Search invited drivers field.
Invite a driver
When your role allows it:
- On Invited Drivers, select Invite Driver.
- Complete the form:
- Email — Required; must be a valid address.
- Access level — Required. If your organization uses an option that limits access to specific groups, you must pick at least one group when prompted.
- Submit the dialog.
The invitee receives email instructions to complete signup. If email delivery fails, ask your administrator to verify organization email settings and the recipient’s inbox.
Invitation list columns
Typical columns include Email, Role, Access Level, Vendor, Type, Invited On, and an actions menu.
Resend or delete an invitation
Open the row Actions menu when available:
- Resend invitation — Sends another invitation email. Confirm in the prompt.
- Delete invitation — Permanently revokes the invitation. Confirm in the prompt.
If these actions are not shown, your role may not allow them—contact your organization administrator.
Troubleshooting
- Invite button missing: You need invitation permissions; ask an administrator.
- Validation error on groups: When access is limited to selected groups, choose one or more groups before submitting.
- Invitation does not arrive: Confirm the email address, check spam, and ask an administrator to resend or review mail configuration.
