Permissions and access
Permission codes that gate fuel detection, fuel consumption, fuel alerts, and fleet alert workflows.
The app checks permission codes on your role for the current organization and group. If you are redirected or see Access denied, see Permissions and access for general guidance.
Fuel events (detection)

Enabling distance, sensor, or hour modes for a specific vehicle is done in fleet configuration (not on this screen). If no mode is enabled, the app shows that fuel calculation is not enabled for the vehicle and the calculation buttons stay unavailable.
Creating alerts from fuel theft events

Fleet alerts (inbox and detail)

The detail page may show Assign Alert when there is no assignee, but the assignment flow only works when your role includes assign alert. Resolution actions appear when you are the assignee and no internal note is recorded yet; your role must still allow managing alerts to complete those dialogs.
What to ask your administrator
- Fuel Event or Fuel Consumption redirects:
view_fuel_detectionand/orview_fuel_consumption. - No Mark as Alert on theft rows:
create_fuel_alert. - Cannot assign or resolve alerts:
assign_alertandmanage_alertas appropriate.
