Invited users

Invite staff or vendor users, track invitations, resend or revoke.

The Invited Users tab lists pending invitations for organization users (not limited to drivers). Driver-specific invitations are managed under ActorsDriversInvited Drivers; see Invited drivers.

If you cannot open this tab or Invite User is missing, contact your organization administrator.

Open invited users

  1. Sidebar → SettingUser Management.
  2. Select the Invited Users tab.

The table is Invited Users List with Search invited users.

Invite a user

When your role allows:

  1. Select Invite User.
  2. Complete the form. Typical fields include:
    • Email
    • Member type (for example staff or vendor-oriented types your organization exposes)
    • Role
    • Access level — If your organization uses access limited to specific groups, select the relevant groups when required.
    • Vendor-related fields when the member type requires them
  3. Submit.

The invitee receives instructions by email. Delivery problems should be escalated to your organization administrator.

Invitation list

Columns commonly include Email, Role, Access Level, Vendor, Type, Invited On, and row actions.

Resend or delete

Use the row Actions menu when available:

  • Resend invitation — Sends another email; confirm in the dialog.
  • Delete invitation — Revokes the invite permanently; confirm in the dialog.

If actions are hidden, your role may not permit them—ask your organization administrator.

Troubleshooting

  • Validation errors: Ensure email format is valid and required lookups (role, access level, vendor) are filled; see How to Use Forms.
  • Group selection required: When access is scoped to selected groups, pick at least one group before submitting.
