Drivers

View and manage drivers in your organization from the Actors area.

Drivers are organization members with the driver role. You work with them under ActorsDrivers.

If Drivers is missing from the sidebar or you are sent back to the dashboard when opening the URL, contact your organization administrator.

Open the driver list

  1. In the sidebar, expand Actors.
  2. Select Drivers.

The page title area explains that you can view, invite, and manage drivers. The main table is titled All Drivers.

Tabs

  • Drivers — Active and historical driver accounts in the organization.
  • Invited Drivers — Pending invitations; see Invited drivers.

Search and pagination

  • Use the Search drivers field to filter the table.
  • Use the table pagination controls to move between pages.

Filters

  1. Select Filter (filter control on the toolbar).
  2. Optionally narrow by Scope, Status, or Access Level.
  3. Select Apply to refresh the list, or Reset to clear filters.

If filters return no rows, try resetting or ask an administrator whether drivers exist for the current organization context.

Row actions

Depending on your access, each row may offer:

  • View — Opens the driver profile (see Driver profile & vehicle assignments).
  • Edit — Opens a dialog to update driver fields (for example role-related settings and status identifiers managed by your organization).
  • Deactivate or Activate — Changes account status; confirm in the dialog.

If an action is missing, your role may not include it—contact your organization administrator.

Troubleshooting

  • Empty list: Confirm header organization/group; your filters may be too narrow.
  • Could not load data: Use refresh or Retry if shown; if the problem persists, contact your administrator.
