Audit logs
Review organization activity history, open entries, and inspect detail.
Audit Logs provides a read-only history of actions taken in the console, useful for compliance and investigations.
If the page fails to load or View Details is missing from a row, contact your organization administrator—your role may lack audit access.
Open audit logs
- Sidebar → Audit Logs.
The table title is Audit Logs; the description shows the total number of entries available to you.
List columns
Typical columns:
- Time — When the event occurred
- User — Name and email of the actor (or Unknown when not available)
- Action — What happened, in plain language from the system
- Resource — What type of entity was affected
- Actions menu — Opens View Details when permitted
Use pagination controls to move through pages.
Detail view
From View Details:
- You see an expanded layout for the chosen entry (metadata fields depend on your deployment).
- A comparison-style layout may show before/after values when the system captured them.
Use Back to Audit Logs (or the back control) to return to the list.
Troubleshooting
- Failed to load audit logs: Use refresh or retry; verify network; contact your administrator if ongoing.
- Entry not found: The log may have rotated out of retention, or the link is stale—open the list and search by time/user if filters exist on your deployment.
